Vinayak Dalmia is a third-generation Indian entrepreneur operating at the intersection of deep tech and national security. He has built companies operating at the frontier of national security and technology in semiconductors and AI. In the past, Vinayak worked on technology policy for the Prime Minister’s Office and in private equity. He was a visiting research fellow at Oxford University, and studied at Cambridge University and UC Berkeley. He speaks at conferences focused on technology, national security, and institutions such as Stanford University and the Indian Army War College. He also writes for The Hindu, The Diplomat, the Observer Research Foundation, and the World Economic Forum.
