Rachel Dungan, currently a Director at AcademyHealth, focuses on innovative cross-sector, and community-centered approaches to high-impact, equitable health policy and systems research (HPSR). Previously, as a Fulbright Public Policy Fellow in Côte d’Ivoire, Rachel conducted independent research on community engagement in national health policymaking, while working with the Ministry of Health & Public Hygiene. She holds a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Bachelors in Biobehavioral Health and Music Composition from Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College. Rachel publishes and presents on topics at the intersections of health, ethics, diplomacy and participatory governance.
