Dr. Marco Overhaus is a senior researcher at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs in Berlin. His research focuses on international security, transatlantic defense cooperation and US security policy. He held previous positions as a researcher at the RAND Corporation in Washington, DC, the French Institute for International Affairs (IFRI) in Paris and as a staff member in policy planning at the German Foreign Office.
