Gatete Nyiringabo Ruhumuliza is a business lawyer and a writer. He is senior fellow at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research, a think tank that evaluates the Rwandan government’s performance, and a member of the Rwandan Bar Association. Nyiringabo Ruhumuliza is also a ghostwriter for African heads of state and senior executives, and a book reviewer for African authors.
