Erika Atzori is a Senior Researcher and Events Executive at IC Publications Group in London. She is also part of The Middle East magazine's editorial team, regularly contributing with current affairs analyses. Previously, she worked within the Middle East Research Team of the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Bologna (Italy) and she co-authored a book called Revolution, Ulema and Power in Iran: From Khomeini to Ahmadinejad. Erika holds an MSc in Middle East Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Bologna, Italy.
